Fango Blanco’s wares are not new. Therefore, some imperfections should be expected.

Mind you, colors may slightly differ from our photographs considering lighting  and other configurations specific to each computer monitor.  

shipping

We ship packages via UPS and Postal Service, depending on the country and size of the package. Purchases will be shipped within three business days.

European customers do not have to pay customs and duties. However, international orders (1) may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country.

Fango Blanco expedites to the shipping address provided by the customer. Consequently, we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address.

Undeliverable shipments may necessitate additional shipping fees to resend. If you refuse to claim your shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any taxes and / or customs charges incurred for its delivery and return; this amount will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Some orders may be delayed by customs; we have no control over these perturbations.

Once you have ordered, it is understood you have read and approved the object descriptions as well as Fango Blanco’s policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders.

(1) The minimum purchase to proceed to shipping in UK is 160€.

returns

We hope you are content with your purchase. If this is not the case, products can be returned to us  in their original condition within 14 days of reception. Returns will not be accepted without our expressed approval beforehand. Please email contact@fangoblanco.com and we will inform you how to proceed. 

Customers must return the product in its original secure packaging. We strongly recommend to insuring the return shipment. We are not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged during transit.  In such a case we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Once we have checked the return product (2), we will refund the object’s cost.  Both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will not be refunded.

 (2) If the returned product is incomplete, damaged, scratched or otherwise different from its original condition, we will not accept the item and reship it to you. The customer will also pay this shipping cost.

We respect your privacy. Furthermore, we are committed to maintaining and  using your information responsibly. We will not disclose your information to any  third parties unless required by law.

security

Squarespace hosts Fango Blanco’s website. It provides the online platform  that enables us to sell our services and products.  

The payment processes on Squarespace, Stripe, Paypal, and Square all  conform with the PCI data security norms.  

All Squarespace’s built-in commerce tools are compliant. Sensitive card data is  never handled by Squarespace. It goes directly to the payment processor’s servers.  Squarespace does not have access to this information.
